There is no charge for pets at RV or tent sites. Although the policy states a limit of two pets, currently no maximum number is enforced. Pets must be leashed at all times unless inside the designated dog park.

Some cabins are pet-friendly and require a $30 per stay pet fee. Pet-friendly cabins include LOG 1, LOG 2, DC 8, DC 9, DC 10, RN 5, RN 8, VIL 1, and VIL 6.

Only service animals are allowed at the pool or beach areas.

Service animals are allowed everywhere at all times and are exempt from pet fees. Owners are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by the animal.

Each RV site includes parking for up to two vehicles. Tent sites can accommodate vehicles as needed within site limits, with a maximum occupancy of eight people. Four people are included in the site fee; extra guests cost eight ($8) dollars per day. Cabin rentals include parking based on cabin size and layout, generally for one or two vehicles.

Overflow parking is available at ten ($10) dollars per day near the lakeside area. Additional vehicles beyond the two included with an RV site must park in the overflow lot.

Day-use guests must purchase a parking or day-use pass for ten dollars per vehicle, in addition to an eight-dollar per-person visitor fee. Day-use guests have pool access but must purchase wristbands for fifteen dollars per day to use other amenities.

Guests may bring their own golf cart with proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license. Drivers must be at least sixteen years old. Golf carts with headlights may be driven until 11 p.m., while those without headlights cannot be driven after dark. Golf carts are also available for rent through the resort.

Triple towing is not allowed. Car camping is not allowed in RV or cabin spaces and is only permitted in tent spaces. Off-road vehicles are not allowed to be driven in the park.

There is a maximum of eight occupants per RV or tent site, with four people included in the base fee and an eight-dollar charge per additional person. There is room for one vehicle to remain attached to the camper, but the listed site length does not account for the tow vehicle staying attached.

Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.

Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.

Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:

Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.

Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
