Didn’t get the RV out as early as you wanted this year? James Creek has open seasonal sites left, and we’re discounting them for the rest of the 2026 season. Standard sites are $1,800 from July 15 through October 14, which works out to under $20 a night. Park the rig once, then drive up all summer and right through the Appalachian fall color.

James Creek has open seasonal sites left for 2026, and we’re discounting them for the rest of the season. Book July 15 through October 14, 2026 and you park the rig once. No towing every Friday, no setup, no teardown. You drive up, and you’re already home.
You get the best of what’s left, too. Raystown Lake is minutes away, the pool and mini golf run all summer, and the season ends right in the middle of Appalachian fall color. The park closes October 15, so this really is the rest of the year.
Premium Woodland RV Sites are $2,000 for the rest of the season, or from $750 a month. Standard RV Sites are $1,800, or from $700 a month. If you’re staying all 3 months, the season rate saves you $250 to $300 over paying month to month.
