The season rate. Paying month to month for all 3 months runs $2,100 to $2,250. The season rate is $1,800 to $2,000, so you save $250 to $300. Monthly makes sense if you only want 1 or 2 months.
Premium Woodland sites are the wooded ones. Both tiers are back-in with the same hookups: water, 50, 30, or 20 amp electric, a fire pit, and a picnic table. Ask the park which sites are open when you call.
No. Sites have water and electric. James Creek has a dump station, and pump service is available at your site. Water and pump-out service end before Closing Day, so ask the park for this year’s dates when you book.
A swimming pool, mini golf, a playground, basketball, volleyball, and an on-site restaurant. Raystown Lake, the largest lake in Pennsylvania, is minutes away for fishing and boating. There’s no water park here, the on-site swim is a pool.
