Is drinking allowed onsite?

Yes, drinking is allowed around the park for those who are 21 or older.

Can we swim in the lake/pond/river?

Yes, swimming is allowed in the lake.

Is fishing in the lake catch and release or keepers?

Fishing in the canal does not require a license and is catch and release or keep. Fishing in Grand Lake does require a fishing license, and you can catch and release or keep.

Can I bring my own boat/kayak?

Yes, kayaks are also available to rent for $30 per day.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests may bring their own golf carts. We also offer Golf Cart Rentals.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere, at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is not a pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damages caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Yes, dogs must always be leashed and not left unattended.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 18 years old to rent an RV space or cabin.

Is an ID required at check-in?

No, an ID is not required at check-in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Working on vehicles and campers is not allowed in the park.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No, guests cannot wash RVs in the park.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, guests can have packages delivered to the office before or during their stay. Please notify the front office that you are expecting a package so it can be accepted. Packages can be picked up during office hours. Long-term guests will need to rent a box at the post office in town.

Do you have restrooms and showers on-site? Are they open in winter?

Yes! We offer a clean, comfortable bathhouse with restrooms and hot showers for our guests. However, due to freezing temperatures, the bathhouse is closed during the winter season and reopens each spring.

Are the bathrooms and showers ADA accessible?

No, bathrooms and showers are not ADA accessible.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, our laundry facility is open 24 hours and is attached to SE side of main office. Machines are coin operated and guests can exchange rolls of quarters at the front desk.

Are the bathhouses open during the winter season?

No — our bathhouses are closed for the winter months. They will reopen in April when temperatures warm up. During this period, please plan accordingly, as restrooms and showers in the bathhouses will not be available to guests.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Showers are open 24/7 and available for use from April 1 to November 1.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted outdoors and is not allowed in the office or other buildings.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

All RV sites and cabins have picnic tables.

Is there a dump station onsite?

Yes, there onsite dump station is open to the public for $5 per dump.

Is there propane sold onsite?

There is propane filling station but no exchange. From April-October, sales stop at 6 p.m. From November-March, sales stop at 5 p.m.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, freshwater tanks can be filled onsite.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Outside firewood is permitted, we also sell bundles of firewood onsite.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, there is a convenience store onsite.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

There is no prepared food available onsite.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

There is an open pavilion available to use at no additional charge to use.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

No, however guests can bring their own satellite or antenna.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes. Overflow parking is located near the Club Room and Bathhouse, across from site 073 (in front of the barn.) There is no extra charge for overflow parking.

The Vibe

This is a water-first family park with room to spread out across 37 acres. Boat slips, boat storage, and waterfront access put the lake at the center, while a dog park, pavilion, and club room give you spots to land between swims and fishing runs.

A Typical Day

Launch a boat or drop a line off the waterfront in the morning, rent a golf cart to get around the 37 acres, then trade horseshoes, shuffleboard, and volleyball through the afternoon. Cap the night around a fire ring with firewood from the camp store.

Best For

Boaters and lake-loving families fit here. RV sites run full hookup with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, plus on-site boat slip rentals and boat storage, so you can keep the boat close all season. Cabins are available too, though pets stay in the RV sites.

Good to Know

How many people are included in my space rental?

RV sites can accommodate 6 guests and cabins can fit up to 4.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

Reservations include 2 adults and 2 children, additional guests are $5 per person.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

There is no fee for daytime visitors. No overnight guests are allowed.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

Stays are month to month; maximum stay must be agreed upon by management and guest.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No tents are not allowed on RV spaces.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

No tent camping is allowed at this resort.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call (539) 444-9431. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
