Very quiet and peaceful place. Staff is always nice I'm a extended stayer the price is amazing, you have a pool, hot tub, little fitness center, rec room with couch and TV, vending machines and laundry, downside to laundry is that they don't always dry everything. There is a little dog run at beginning of park and you can walk to very end and sit at the picnic table. Very dog friendly and have many poop stations with always stocked doggy bags. Oh and they have a wash station for your dogs near the pool. I am so happy to call this place home

Level site, good water pressure, great electric source with no problems cooking and running the AC. Location is near all the shops, grocery stores etcetera. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the hot tub pilot was having an issue.?I love me a good hot tub. I will most definitely stay there again.

Office staff was very friendly & accommodating. We had to be in Conroe on family emergency so we’re taking things day by day after the initial few days. They have a TV & game room, plenty of DVDs to watch and the laundry room was clean. Didn’t utilize the restrooms. The pool water was very clear and looked refreshing. The park itself was very well maintained but a lot of the RVs parked are there long term and have made their sites very “homey”. A lot of the sites are right on the lake and have private docks for your water toys or to fish from. Fishing is pretty good but there are small snapping turtles in the water. Don’t leave your fish on a stringer in the lake, you may not have one when you’re done. No fish cleaning area that we saw. The sites are very close to each other with a few exceptions. There is an area you can walk out to that I think they consider an “island”. There is also a dog park which my two boys enjoyed, being able to run loose for a while. We would stay here again. I really like just being able to sit out and fish next to the trailer.

Pool was very clean and cute but small.. trash bins through out made it easy to throw away garbage. Only problem I had was with another camper somewhere on the property who blamed me and daughter for something i didn’t do. She wanted proof that I didn’t throw a firecracker to cause her bodily harm. We had to bother our neighbor to use as proof. She brought over her whole family and I was the only one outside to defend myself. Pretty embarrassing and uncalled for..

It is a very unique and QUIET park that is not overly restrictive, yet still nice. Go look at Thousand Trails if you want to camp in a small city. Please come support this Park!

This could be a great park in the correct hands , im not to sure the new owners are cut out for this . It is a very safe park I never have any issues when I’m here . All my things are exactly we’re I left them when I return , tgat means ALOT ! Do not use the laundry here it’s a hassle and the driers don’t work worth a damn ! 2 loads of laundry costs close to 20 bucks!!!!
