Take I-70 W to CO-72 E/Ward Rd in Wheat Ridge. Take exit 266 from I-70 W. Use the right lane to turn left onto W 44th St

RV Site Parking: 1 vehicle per site is allowed (typically your RV or camper).
If your tow vehicle must disconnect due to RV length: Park along the back fence or in overflow (space permitting).
No additional vehicle parking at the site itself.
$50/month per additional vehicle.
Must be registered and parked along designated overflow/fence-line areas.
Overflow Parking Limitations: Limited space. No official overflow lot — just fence-line allowance.
Triple towing is not allowed.
Vehicle & Rig Requirements: Must be self-contained (working bathroom required).
Long-term rigs must be under 20 years old or approved by photos.
No car camping or sleeping in passenger vehicles allowed.
Tiny homes, buses, or converted vehicles must be RVIA certified and registered.
Restrictions: No working on vehicles or RVs allowed on premises.
No vehicle washing using park water (outside water service permitted).
Other Vehicle Rules: Golf carts may be brought but cannot be driven around the park.
Off-road vehicles not permitted in the park.

Change Your Reservation
We know plans can change! Call us at 800-689-6603 and we’ll help you adjust your stay. Text or email changes can’t be accepted.

Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.

Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.

Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.

Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:

Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.

Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).

We are pet friendly. While we allow pets on our campsite, we do have guidelines that help keep you, your pets, and other guests safe during your stay. We allow dogs in most areas around the campgrounds as long as they are leashed and properly cleaned up after. Be sure that your pet doesn’t cause too much of a disturbance by keeping them as quiet as possible. Some of our RJourney campgrounds proudly provide a safe place for your pet to explore with fenced areas that keep them confined for off-leash fun.
