Wristbands are not required to use amenities.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

Yes, visitors need overnight and day passes. Day passes are $5 for adults and $6 for kids. Overnight passes are $10 for adults and $6 for kids.

Can my visitors use the pool and other amenities?

Yes, visitors may use the pool and our other amenities.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Is drinking allowed at the beach/pool?

No. Drinking is NOT permitted at the beach/pool.

Does Elkhart RV Resort have a lake/pond/river?

No. Our RV resort does not have a lake/pond/river. No fishing, swimming, or kayaking is allowed.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

No. Golf carts, ATVs, or other motorized vehicles are NOT allowed to be used by campers.

Are service animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere at our resort at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is no pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damage caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

All dogs must be leashed unless they are in the dog park. If a guest does not clean up after their dog and/or if the dog is a danger to others on campground, they will need to check out of the campground immediately without any refund.

Can my dog be at the beach/pool with us?

Only service animals are allowed at the pool.

Is an ID required at check-in?

No. An ID is NOT required at check-in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Some work may be permitted but guests must check with the campground office staff before starting any work in our resort.

Can I wash my RV at your resort?

Guests may not wash their RV at our resort; however, outside companies can be hired if they bring their own water source.

Can I sleep in my car at an RV site?

No. Car camping is not allowed at our resort.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, guests may receive mail or packages. Please contact our office staff with any questions.

Are the bathrooms and showers ADA accessible?

Our restrooms and showers offer a number of accessibility features, though they aren't certified to full ADA standards. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please reach out via phone before your stay and we'll be glad to help you find the best fit.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes. Our onsite laundry facility is open 24 hours a day.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Yes. Our shower facilities are open and available for guest use 24 hours a day.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted outside but must be more than 25 feet from any campground building.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Yes. ALL RV sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Cabins also have grills.

Is there an onsite dump station?

Yes. Our onsite dump station is open to the public during office hours. There is a fee of $20 to dump, and $35 for dump and fill.

Is propane sold onsite?

Yes, we have a fill station for portable tanks available for $3.65/gallon. No attached tanks will be filled.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, there is a $35 fee for dumping and filling freshwater tanks.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

No. Outside firewood is NOT allowed. Bundles of firewood are available for purchase in our office.

Is there an onsite store?

Yes. Our store, gift shop, and Snack Shack are located in our office and are all open at the same hours.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, etc?

Yes. Prepared food options are available at our Pizza Shop, store, and Snack Shack.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite for guests to use?

Our Pavilion is free to use for all guests and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for guest use.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable TV?

No, satellite or cable TV is NOT available at this time.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes, our resort does have an overflow parking area. Overflow parking is available right across from our office and is free for our guests to use.

Do you allow triple towing?

Yes, triple towing is allowed. However, guests must disconnect and park in overflow.

A Typical Day

Shoot hoops on the basketball court or take a morning swim in the pool, grab lunch at the on-site restaurant, then let the kids loose on the playground while you walk the dog at the dog park. Wind down with firewood from the office around a fire.

Families and Notre Dame visitors. RV and tent sites plus cabins and lodging all fit, with pull-through and back-in options. Cabins carry a $50 refundable pet deposit and $5 per stay per pet. Big rigs are welcome.

How many people are included in my space rental?

Each site allows a maximum of 8 individuals. Cabins can have as many as it can sleep.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

Extra guests must purchase overnight passes. Passes are $10 for adults and $6 for kids.

Yes — Rockport RV Resort by RJourney is one of the largest and most amenity-rich RV parks in Rockport, Texas. With over 100 spacious sites, full hookups, and resort-style features including a heated pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse, the property offers a larger footprint and more on-site amenities than many smaller area parks.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV site or a Cabin?

The age requirement for all reservations is 21 years or older.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

No. There is no maximum stay. We are happy to accommodate both short-term stays and long-term stays.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space?

A child’s tent is allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

Individual tent sites allow 1 tent. The Tenting Village has no limit on tents; however, there is a limit on 8 people per tent site.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please call 303-872-0091 to cancel your reservation. Reservations cannot be cancelled via email or text.
