Pin Oak RV Resort is a full hookup RV park in Villa Ridge, Missouri conveniently located along Interstate 44 near St. Louis and Six Flags St. Louis. Situated on historic Route 66 and just minutes from the Bourbeuse River, the resort offers a peaceful campground setting with quick access to area attractions.

From I-44 Westbound: Take exit 247. Then take Hwy 50 West for approximately 1/4 mile to Hwy AT. Turn right on AT and go 1 mile. We are on the right.
From I-44 Eastbound: Take exit 247. At the bottom of the exit, turn left. At the stop sign, turn right on AT and go 1/2 mile. We are on the right.
From 70: Exit onto 193. Take Highway 47 south to Washington, turn left on Hwy 100 to Hwy M. Turn right on M to AT, then turn right on AT and go 1/2 mile to the park. We are on the left.
Parking per RV space: One vehicle is allowed per space on rows A-E and J and K. Pull-thru sites can have two vehicles as long as they do not block the road or other campers. Overflow parking is available throughout the park at no cost.
Change Your Reservation
We know plans can change! Call us at 800-689-6603 and we’ll help you adjust your stay. Text or email changes can’t be accepted.
Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.
Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.
Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.
Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:
Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.
Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
Special rules may apply for holidays, events, or natural disasters.

Our resort is proud to be pet-friendly. Please note that no pets are allowed in our cabins, but our RV sites are pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per site. Pets must always be leashed and never left unattended. We also have a fenced-in pet area for guests to use during their stay.
