Your neighbors in June are your neighbors in September, and most were your neighbors last year too. Guests who want a social night can wander next door to Shady Shores for bingo or a band; the point of Fair Point is that they get to come home to quiet.

Seasonal sites go to the waitlist in order. Tell us what you’re bringing and we’ll call you when a site opens up. Current guests renew first, starting September 1.
Fair Point is the quieter of the two. Every site is seasonal and full hookup, and the marina sets the rhythm. Shady Shores next door runs more social, with nightly guests and a bigger events calendar. Plenty of families know both parks and choose by personality.
Slips are on the property and available to seasonal guests. We'll walk through slip options for your boat when we call.

New-guest full-season 2027 sites run $5,764–$6,076 depending on your spot on the water, with pay-in-full and installment options. Returning seasonals renew at current-guest pricing. The front desk quotes your exact site when we call.
You join the list with the form or a phone call. When a seasonal site opens, we call in order. Current seasonal guests renewing for next year get first right to their site during the renewal window.
