Is drinking allowed at the beach/pool?

Alcohol is allowed around the park but not in the fenced pool area.

Is fishing in the lake catch and release or keepers?

Fishing is allowed from all our banks 24/7. Texas Fish and Wildlife regulations must be followed, and a fishing license is required. Game Wardens patrol the park regularly, checking for compliance with all Texas fishing and game regulations. Guests may keep fish that comply with Texas Fishing regulations.

Can I bring my own boat/kayak?

Yes, guests may bring their own boat or kayak.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests can bring their own golf carts for no fee. Must be a licensed driver to operate.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere, at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is no pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damage caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Yes, all pets must be leashed and never left unattended.

Can my dog be at the beach/pool with us?

Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

Is an ID required at check-in?

Yes, a valid ID is required at check in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

No, work is not permitted on cars or campers in the park.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

Yes, guests may wash their RV while in the park.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

No, car camping is not allowed at Lake Conroe RV Campground.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Please note that we do not offer USPS mail service at this location. Any packages you order will be delivered directly to your site for your convenience.

Yes, showers and bathrooms are ADA accessible.

Yes, the onsite laundry facility is open 24 hours a day.

No, propane is not sold onsite.

Yes, freshwater tanks can be filled onsite.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Yes, outdoor firewood is allowed. Firewood is also available for purchase onsite.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, we sell RV Supplies, Sodas, T-Shirts, and Fishing Supplies.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

No, there is no restaurant on-site.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

Yes, our Pavilion is available free of charge to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must clean up after use.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. Please keep in mind that heavy traffic may affect speed.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

No, but Wi-Fi is available for streaming.

Do you allow triple towing?

This is East Texas Piney Woods camping with a waterfront pulse. Small-town friendly, family-driven, and built for time on the water. You'll find boating and fishing out front, and enough room that weekenders and year-round residents settle in side by side.

A Typical Day

Start with coffee and a line in the water off the private shoreline, take the kayak or canoe out by midday, swim or soak in the hot tub through the afternoon, then watch the sun drop over the lake from your site.

Boaters and anglers who want the lake at their doorstep, plus families splitting time between water and downtime. RV sites and cabins both work, and on-site boat storage means your gear stays close. Overnight rates start at $40, monthly at $525.

How many people are included in my space rental?

Four people are included in the reservation. Extra guests are $5 per person, and a maximum of 6 people are allowed per site.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

Extra guests are $5 per person.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No tent camping is allowed. There are no tent sites at this location, and tents are not allowed in addition to or in lieu of RV in RV sites.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please call 303-872-0091 to cancel. Reservations cannot be cancelled via email or text.
