Located on North Main Street near Cedar City Regional Airport and Bicentennial Park, the resort provides easy access to downtown Cedar City while offering the space and amenities you expect from a full-service RV resort.
With 30-amp and 50-amp service, ADA-accessible facilities, a swimming pool, restaurant, dog park, and on-site laundry, Cedar City RV Resort is built for both quick overnights and longer stays in Iron County.
GPS directions are frequently incorrect. DO NOT get off the freeway in Kanarraville.If arriving from the South on I-15, take Exit #57 off I-15. Turn right and follow Main St. for about 3 miles to the park on the left side of Main St. If arriving from the North on I-15, take Exit #62 off I-15. Turn left and follow Main St. for about 2 miles to the park on the right side of Main St. BEWARE OF THE DIP IN THE ROAD WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE PARK. THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT CONTROLS THE DRIVEWAY ACCESS AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE DIP. DRIVE SLOWLY AND ENTER AND EXIT AT AN ANGLE.
The 1-bedroom cabins have one parking space. The 2-bedroom and deluxe cabins have a gravel area that can fit at least three small vehicles. If a customer needs an overflow parking space, there is a one-time $40 charge for the entire stay. Overflow parking is only used when the park is at 100% capacity. It is a safe spot to park and sleep, but there are no hookups. The cost is $40 per night and should only be used when the park is full.

Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.
Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.
Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.
Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:
Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.
Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
Special rules may apply for holidays, events, or natural disasters.

Pets are welcome at Cedar City RV Resort! All RV and tent sites, as well as select designated cabins, are pet friendly. There is also an on-site dog park for your convenience and enjoyment. Pets must be leashed at all times, including at campsites, and may not be left unattended. No standard pet fee for RV or tent sites — pet-friendly cabins require a $25 pet fee. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages or additional cleaning fees. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome everywhere, at all times.
