Coconut Cove RV Resort

Pets are allowed at Coconut Cove RV Resort, with a maximum of two pets included per reservation. Additional pets may be added for a fee of $25 each. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Vaccination records are required at check-in. Pets are not permitted on any of the sandy beach areas, in cabins, or in pods.

Each reservation at Coconut Cove RV Resort includes one parking spot for one RV and one tow vehicle, whether staying at an RV site, cabin, or pod. Additional vehicles require a $5 parking pass and must display it while on property. Overflow parking is available for extra vehicles, trailers, boats, and triple towing setups. Outside golf carts are allowed with a $30 daily fee and proof of insurance, while golf cart rentals are offered at varying daily rates. ATVs are also permitted for $30 per day, must remain on public paved roads, and require proof of insurance. All day and overnight visitors must check in at the office and will be issued a $5 parking pass. Car camping and RV washing are not allowed. Guests may work on vehicles as long as they do not disturb other visitors. Triple towing is permitted, with additional vehicles or trailers parked in the overflow area.

Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.

Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.

Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:

Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.

Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
