Dolores River RV Resort

Dolores River RV Resort welcomes pets. Guests may bring up to two dogs per unit, with a fee of $10 per dog, per night. Dogs are not allowed in the Airstream trailer. All pets must remain on a secure leash and may not be left unattended in any accommodation. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Dogs are welcome at the beach and throughout the resort grounds. Service animals are permitted in all areas without a pet fee, though owners may be charged if the animal causes damage or requires excessive cleaning.

Each site at Dolores River RV Resort includes space for one vehicle. Overflow parking is available for a fee of $5 per vehicle. Visitors must park in the designated overflow lot but do not need to pay a separate visitor fee. Triple towing is permitted, but additional vehicles, trailers, or boats must be disconnected and parked in the overflow lot. Car camping is only permitted in tent sites if the vehicle contains an onboard tent. Vehicles may not be worked on or washed using park water.

Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.

Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.

Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.

Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:

Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.

Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $40 fee for extended stays.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).

Special rules may apply for holidays, events, or natural disasters.
