Located in Cannonville just off Highway 12. Coming from I-15: Exit 20 east — continue for approximately 20 miles. Turn right onto Highway 89 south — continue through the town of Panguitch. Turn left at the main intersection in Panguitch, continuing on 89 south. Turn left at the intersection onto Highway 12. Stay on Route 12 through the roundabout in Bryce City — continue on 12 through the town of Tropic. Rjourney is 4 miles past Tropic on the right as you enter Cannonville.
Additional parking is $10/weekend or $5/day and is located in front of the office.

Grace Period: Change within a few hours of booking — no fee.
Standard Window: Change your dates anytime before the cancellation deadline with no penalty.
Late Changes: After the deadline, changes are still possible (alteration fee applies), subject to availability.
Cancel Your Reservation
If you can’t reschedule, here’s how cancellations work:
Grace Period: Cancel within a few hours of booking — full refund.
Standard Window: Cancel before the deadline — $20 fee for short-term stays, $100 fee for extended stays.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: After the deadline, deposits are partially or fully forfeited (short-term: 100% of deposit; extended stays: 50% of first month’s rent).
Special rules may apply for holidays, events, or natural disasters.

Pets are welcome at Bryce Canyon RV Resort! All RV and tent sites are pet friendly, along with two designated pet-friendly cabins. Enjoy our on-site dog park and multiple pet waste stations throughout the campground. Pets must be leashed at all times, including at campsites, and may not be left unattended. No standard pet fee — 2-pet limit per RV/tent site — 1-pet limit per pet-friendly cabin. Owners must clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome everywhere, at all times — all accommodations are open to guests with service animals.
