Space rentals include 2 adults and 3 children.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

Yes, visitors passes are available for $10.

Can my visitors use the pool and other amenities?

Yes, visitors can use amenities including rentals for the store .

Can we swim in the lake/pond/river?

The river and one of the 3 ponds are swimmable.

Is fishing in the pond catch and release or keepers?

All ponds allow catch and release fishing and no license needed. River fishing must have fishing license.

Can I bring my own boat/kayak?

Yes, you can bring your own boat or kayak.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Guests are allowed to bring their own golf carts and must have insurance.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service and emotional support animals are welcome. No animals allowed in rentals.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

All animals must be leashed at all times.

Can my dog be at the pond with us?

No animals are allowed on sandy Beach area.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guest must be at least 20 years old to reserve an RV space and 21 for a cabin .

Is an ID required at check-in?

If a guest has a reservation, an ID is not required.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Work on cars and campers is only allowed in case of emergency.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No, RVs cannot be washed in the park.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

No, sleeping is not allowed in cars at RV sites.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, mail and packages can be delivered before or during your stay. All mail must have our address with the guest's name and site number. Make sure to tell the office if something will be delivered before your check in.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, there is a laundry facility available for use onsite.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Bathhouses are open 24/7 in the summer. Bathhouses are CLOSED for winter.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

The maximum stay is 12 months for campers and 2 weeks for cabins.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is allowed at guest sites.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Picnic tables are only available at the deluxe sites.

Is there a dump station onsite?

Our onsite dump station is open to the general public for a $15 fee to ANYONE that uses. The dump station is closed after October 31.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, you can fill your freshwater tank onsite.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

No, outside firewood is not permitted.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, there is a convenience store onsite.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

Snacks are available at the convenience store.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

Yes, our clubhouse is available for rent.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

Yes, we offer satellite and cable tv .

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No. Tents are only allowed at tent site areas only.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

2 tents are allowed per tent site.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes, there is an overflow parking area for extra vehicles.
