Every space rental includes 4 people.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

There is no fee to add additional people to a reservation.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

Guests do not need to purchase a day pass, however all visitors must check in at the front office. If there is space, visitors can park at their guest's site. If not, there is parking available in front of the office.

Can my visitors use the pool and other amenities?

Lake Charles RV Resort does not have a pool or any water access.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests may bring their own golf carts.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Yes, there are no costs or restrictions for service or emotional support animals .

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Yes, dogs must be leashed while on the property.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent an RV site .

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Yes, minor work may be performed on your vehicle at the park.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

Yes, guests may wash their RVs in the park.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

Car camping is allowed with a paid reservation.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Guests may receive mail and packages before and during their stay. Please contact the office for more information and instructions.

Are the bathrooms and showers ADA accessible?

Yes, one bathroom onsite is ADA accessible

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, our onsite laundry facility is next to the office and open 24 hours a day. All machines are coin operated and coins may be purchased in the office.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Yes, our bathrooms that contain showers are open 24 hours a day. Bathrooms are only available for use by guests, no public use.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

There is no maximum stay allowed. We are happy to host both short-term stays and long-term stays .

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted outside and at campsites. No smoking is allowed in any buildings on the premises.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Yes, all sites have picnic tables.

Is there a dump station onsite?

There is no dump station onsite, however guests may use the sewer hookup in an open site.

Is there propane sold onsite?

Yes, propane is available for purchase onsite.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, guests may fill their freshwater tanks onsite.

Is there a store onsite?

There is a small section of the front office that offers coffee (free), ice, sodas, and other miscellaneous items.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

There is no restaurant or prepared food. A small selection of snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the office.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

No, Lake Charles RV Resort does not have a meeting place or pavilion.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for guest use.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

No, we do not offer satellite or cable tv.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

Additional tents are allowed for overnight guests. Long-term guests may set up an additional tent on asphalted sites.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

One tent is allowed per tent site .

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes, overflow parking is available at no extra charge.

Do you allow triple towing?

Yes, we allow tripe towing. Overflow parking is also available at no cost.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, please call 800-689-6603 . Text and email notifications of cancellations are not accepted.
