James Creek RV Resort Park Lodging Options
At James Creek RV Resort Park off Pennsylvania Route 26, we offer a wide variety of lodging options to fit your needs. Planning a year-long stay with us? Choose between an open or wooded RV site complete with metered electricity, water hookups, handicap-accessible bathhouse, and even boat storage for those staying at one of our RV campsites. For shorter stays, we have cabins available for rent. Each cabin has a covered porch that is perfect to watch sunrises and sunsets with the family.
Our cabins also feature great amenities, including:

- Firepit
- Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, utensils, plates, cups, towels, etc.)

Cabin 1 – First Floor – Pool Side
Whether you’re a family of four or a small group of friends looking for a getaway adventure, this cabin option is perfect for you! This option sleeps four people comfortably. It includes one bedroom with one queen bed and one futon.
Cabin 1 – Second Floor – Pool Side
If you have a slightly larger family or friend group, this may be an ideal fit for you! This option sleeps six people comfortably. There are two bedrooms that each have their own queen beds. A bunk bed is also available and is perfect for smaller children.
Cabins 2 & 3 – Handicap Accessible
Our Cabin 2 and 3 options are handicap accessible, featuring a ramp and handrails. This option sleeps five people comfortably or six if you have small children. There are two queen beds and one futon.
Mountain View Lodge
Our Mountain View Lodge is the perfect option for large spring break and multi-family vacation groups. This option comfortably sleeps eight people, featuring both queen and bunk beds.
While certain sites and/or cabins may be listed as ADA accessible, the whole RV resort (e.g. public bath house, playground) may not be fully ADA-compliant, please call us to make sure we meet your needs before booking.

RV site reservations include 8 people and cabins allow the number of individuals they sleep.
There is no fee to add people to a reservation.
Visitors are allowed during the day and can stay overnight. Visitor fee is $3.50 per day.
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Adult swim hours are 8-9 a.m. and 7-8 p.m.
Alcohol is allowed onsite at all locations but no glass is allowed at the pool.
Swimming and boating are not permitted.
Fishing is catch and release only.
No, boats and kayaks are not permitted.
Yes, guests may bring their own golf carts.
The campground is pet friendly and RV campers are allowed to have pets without need for deposit.
Pets must be kept on a leash (not more than 6 feet) and under the control of the owner at all times.

We stayed at the Kenanna in Grayland campground in Washington. It was clean and well taken care of. We were on a find a spot where we could camp and razor clam with easy access to the beach even though the access road is a couple of miles north. It was the nicest RV camping in the area that we found with full hook-ups. Only thing is because of ground water table, I think it could get a little soggy during rain.

We LOVE this place!! It’s our home away from home and only 5 mins from the lake. This is our second season at Pioneer and we couldn’t be happier! The owners and other campers are like family and everyone is so friendly. We love that golf carts are welcomed here. The general store has everything you could want and the food is awesome. We highly recommend the wings. There are lots of activities always going on and live music/DJ’s most Saturday’s. We have 4 small kids and they love it so much that they asked to move here full-time. Thank you Pioneer Family Campground for giving our family this amazing experience...we appreciate everything you all do! The Adams Family
