Does my space rental include wristbands for activities?

Wristbands are not required for property activities and amenities .

How many people are included in my space rental?

RV sites do not have a maximum number of people allowed in a space rental, cabins have a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

There is no cost for addition people on reservations.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

There is no fee required for visitors, however they must check in at the office with the camper they are visiting. Each RV site can hold one vehicle in addition to the rig. Overflow parking is available at no additional cost.

Can my visitors use the pool and other amenities?

Visitors are welcome to use any of the amenities on the property. There is a $3 per person (ages 4+) to use the pool.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer months.

Is drinking allowed at the beach/pool?

Drinking is allowed around the park. No glass in the pool area.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Yes, guests may bring golf carts. Please adhere to all safety rules and posted speed limits on the property.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere, at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is not a pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damages caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Pets must be leashed at all times unless in the dog park. Owners must pick up after animals at all times.

Can my dog be at the beach/pool with us?

No, dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 18 years or older to rent an RV space or cabin .

Is an ID required at check-in?

IDs are required upon check in for cabins. An ID is not required for RV sites.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

Work may be done on cars and campers in the park as long as all tools and work remains in allotted space. Guests must also adhere to quiet hours when working on their vehicle.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No vehicle washing of any kind is allowed on the property.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

No, guests may not sleep in a car in an RV spot.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, guests may receive mail or packages at the office before they arrive or during their stay.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, our onsite laundry facility is open Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Yes, restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day and accessible with a code provided at check in.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

The maximum stay for a cabin is 5 nights. Summer maximum stays at RV sites are 2 weeks, however exceptions may be made. RV sites can be booked for longer periods of time, if available, during winter months. We are happy to accommodate both short-term stays and long-term stays . Please contact the office for more information.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted anywhere on the property except inside buildings and in the pool area. Guests must dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Yes, there is a picnic table at every site as well as in the pavilion and playground area.

Is there a dump station onsite?

Yes, our onsite dump station is open to guests and available to the public for a $15 fee.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, freshwater tanks may be filled onsite. This service is free for guests and $5 for the general public.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Yes, guests may bring their own firewood or may purchase bundles onsite. Sites do not have firepits, however guests are welcome to bring their own or rent one for $10 per week.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, our onsite convenience store sells ice, frozen food, cold drinks, food, clothing, knick-knacks, and camper accessories.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

No, there is no prepared food options onsite. The office has small grocery items for sale and food and drink options can be found nearby.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

Yes, a pavilion is available for guest use.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available and supports surfing only. Upgraded Wi-Fi is available to use for streaming at an additional cost.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No tent camping is allowed at Clarksville RV Resort.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Each RV site can fit one vehicle alongside the camper. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles at no cost.

Do you allow triple towing?

Yes, triple towing is allowed as long as all vehicles, trailers, and boats fit into the designated space. If additional room is needed, guests can unhook and park in overflow parking.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel a reservation, call the Reservation Center at (931) 774-7885 . For RV sites: You must cancel at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date, and there is a $20 cancellation fee. For cabins: You must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, and there is a $20 cancellation fee. Upon completing your reservation, our Cancellation Policy will be emailed to you with the Booking Confirmation, so you will have a copy of it in your records.
