Circle W is an amazing spot. We stayed there using our Passport America subscription and then our RV broke down and wouldn’t start. The staff were wonderful, rearranging bookings so we could stay in our spot until we could get our rig started. It’s a great park with lots of amenities and fabulous people. Ever was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back whenever we are in the area!

This was our second winter at Circle W. We came back for several reasons close fishing access for the Gulf but the biggest reason we came back was because of activities that they do. We always had something to go to every day if you wanted to. from card playing to dances and bingo to indoor bean bag base ball. there was and is always something for everyone. You can not get bored staying here at Circle W. They also put on several meals from Saturday breakfasts to nice dinners for things like Thanksgiving, Christmas and of course Valentine's Day and other special occasions. Debra and her staff are very out going and work hard at inviting you into the Circle W family and that made us feel like family from the first day we were there. If you are traveling through Rockport Texas or want to stay for an extended period of time Circle W is the place to stay. so we just want to give a big thank you to Debra, Ray and all the staff for making our stay an excellent one and we hope to see you again. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and we were escorted to our spot which was nice. We didn't get the spot we were told but our new spot did have a large yard by it so we were ok with it. Within 10 minutes of us arriving and our kids riding their bikes and scooter while we got situated, we were told that the kids have to be under adult supervision at all times. The reason behind this was because kids their age (our kids are 11, 8 and 7) have caused mischief before and it isn't safe. I completely agree that it isn't safe for them to ride the WHOLE park but they were riding back and forth in front of our rv on a strip of road that was maybe 50 feet long while we were going in and out checking on them while we were getting stuff set up. The pool is smaller than it looks online. We also got told something by an older lady in the hot tub (which is only 18 and over) because our kids were jumping into the pool. LET KIDS BE KIDS!! I think she just didn't want to be splashed. The roads are in poor conditions in areas and very narrow. The showers are in decent condition but there are only 2 for the entire park, which is pretty big and they are located in the very back where the trailer park is. Overall, this park is not kid/family friendly and we will not be staying here again. I would recommend it for older people only.

Concur with all of the positive reviews in this forum. The onsite management team (gets the 5 stars!) is engaged & customer service oriented. But it would seem the owners have not appreciated their care and commitment. There are dilapidated buildings (Hurricane Harvey-now 4yrs). Streets are in poor condition (yes, yes some camps claim these as speed bumps....) The park is renowned in an area with 30+ parks! Quite the commendable commentary!
Larry Kiblerwhat a welcoming place, we went every Saturday night to go dancing to a variety of music.. many of the residents came over to visit and make us feel welcome
