This was the prettiest campsite we had in our trip through the Southwest, perched on a hillside with bushes and trees. The bathroom wasn’t far away, and while only one shower was in operation, we had no waits to use it (end of March). Unfortunately, the laundry was closed because of pipe problems and the internet was also down. The people managing the site were very helpful and friendly, but if you need laundry and WiFi, look elsewhere.

There's not much in the city of Cannonville, so you'll need to go to the nearby cities of Tropic or Bryce City for more restaurant options.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryce Canyon RV Resort. I booked our site several months in advance when planning our trip to explore Bryce Canyon national park to make sure that I got the spot I wanted. My camp neighbor who was on leg 8 of a 25 stop trip, commented that she'd wanted our site, but didn't book soon enough. The camp ground is quite and somewhat centrally located between several areas we wanted to see: Bryce Canyon, Escalante and a couple of other day trips to check out the area. The campground was kept clean and staff was friendly. They have shower and laundry facilities. We stayed in the back of the campground so it was quite and had a great view of the cliffs in the distance. This is a great campground to stay at, and we'll definitely book again the next time we head back to the area. Make sure to check out the local restaurants down the street headed towards Bryce Canyon, as the food and service are awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is there for limited hours, so office was closed when we arrived but easy check in. The following day, we were able to fill propane and staff was friendly. About 15 minutes from Bryce, 5 minutes from Mossy Cave so convenient location. It was empty maybe 2-3 other RVs during our stay, so very quiet. We did connect to WIFI but had no phone service. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot with great water pressure.

I chose this location to be near, but not in the crowd, to Bryce Canyon NP and this place did not disappoint. Not only were the spaces to park our RV roomy, the hook ups were in the right place, and they have the convenience of laundry, a store, and a pool. We easily hooked up our large RV and had room to get out side by side out too. The staff on property were exceptionally friendly with Jeremy offering information about the area. We asked about what else to do around there and he recommended seeing the park from a different POV. So after we checked out the park we came back and Jeremy took us around the park in trails with amazing views, and stories/history to go with some of it. There are lots of trails around Bryce Canyon to explore either with hiking or on your favorite toy. I highly recommend coming here and plan to come again myself. Adventure awaits!

We stayed in a luxe cabin with linens etc provided for a little under a week and it was fantastic! Super clean and also had mini toiletries which was unexpected. The communal outdoor kitchen was great and had enough cookware and also dish soap. Also a ping pong table! Wifi worked great. Really fun, fire under the stars and location were fantastic. Very quiet. Was surprised more cabins weren’t booked. Great proximity to Bryce, Kodachrome, and a ton of slot canyons.

It was a remarkably convenient stay, offering a perfect blend of essential amenities. The showers, laundry facilities, and the fully-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The staff’s friendliness added a welcoming touch, and the presence of a propane filler station was a great perk. Despite hosting numerous visitors, the spacious accommodations and meticulously maintained bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. What stood out most was the affordability, which is a refreshing change from overpriced hotels. Plus, its proximity to nearby gas stations and hiking trails adds a professional touch to this review-worthy destination.”

Very nice RV park. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of shade. Very close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin parks. Note there some road noise at the sites closest to Hwy 12 but we were right next to it and slept well. Laura and her husband do a great job keeping this place clean and welcoming. Only negative is the cell service was extremely low and the RV park wi-fi was not very strong so keep that in mind if you have to work on the road. With a wifi booster should be good. Would stay there again.

This was our first time at an RJourney campground and it won't be our last! This site had a beautiful view and was immaculately clean, easily accessible and the hosts were more than helpful and friendly. We needed to add a little air to our tire and they went and grabbed a hose without hesitation. The showers were very clean, the basthrooms were spotless. I forgot my quarters for the laundry room, but that had several machines and was also very clean. I only wish there were more of these locations on our current trip as I'd book them without hesitation. The price was the cheapest out of all our campgrounds to date and we couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful little RV park. Plenty of shade and a good amount of privacy from neighbors. The bathrooms were nice and the showers are free. They even had a little outdoor kitchen with cookware you can use. This is very helpful if you're just tent camping. The town it's in doesn't have much. You'll need to get supplies in Tropic, one town over. But it's just a few minutes away (or at the park's general store). The price here is right and the pool was clean. The people who work here are very friendly too. Would definitely come back here.

We appreciated the clean showers and restrooms. The pool was clean and well kept and appreciated after a long hot day of travel. Since it was an older campground, the site was a bit small for our size rig, but it’s close proximity to the parks made it well worth the price. Would happily return.

Overall a nice place to stay. Our campsite was right up against a main road though and it had some major truck traffic during the day, at night it quieted down for the most part. The sewer hookup was so far out of the ground that nothing wanted to empty very well, even with the sewer hose support we had with, it was still uphill. It was hard to catch anyone in the camp office/store, otherwise we would have possibly rented an ATV for the afternoon. The sites on the upper loop are definitely nicer and in a quieter area. Campground is kept super clean! Wi-Fi had a great signal!

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Bryce Canyon. My kids were SO excited about the playground, basketball court and pool! Bathrooms and showers were spotless with no shortage of hot water. The grounds a beautifully maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. The views across the road were beautiful. And great star gazing (even though the office/store lights are left on all night). Internet worked well, and close to town (tropic) for restaurants and stores. And only a quick drive the Bryce or Kodachrome. Only real complaint was there wasn’t a lot of space for your actual vehicle in addition to the rv. And despite reserving a spot larger than needed for our trailer. And based on the wonky parking of just about everyone else, I don’t think this was an issue unique to us.

We stayed a week at this RV park. It was previously a KOA, so an older park, but tidy. We travel in a 40’ Class A and the site was a little slim, but easy enough to get into, as it was a pull-thru site. There was a pretty lilac bush and a tree, that gave some privacy, but we had to trim them a little in order to walk back and forth and place our rug. Sites are a little close, but it is a quiet park. It’s just off the road, but so are all the other parks. Traffic was not bad and we only heard a truck or two at night. There’s a decent store that sells the common sundries, including t-shirts and a few souvenirs. The woman who works in the office is very friendly and accommodating. A nice plus is they will pick up your garbage if you leave it out. We would stay here again!

Travelling home from AZ, stopping in at Bryce canyon and found this little gem a bit off the beaten path. Modern hookups. Friendly people clean level. You could easily spend several days here, even a couple of weeks. Very quiet. Nice views. About 10 mi from the visitor center. Worth the drive to get away from all the business. Nice local restaurants nearby. Sounding a bit scripted but it's a real review.

Pretty nice RV park, especially by location against the badland hills. Needs some important maintenance/upkeep attention, but the managers just got there and are working on that. Cold nights when we were there had to disconnect water for peace of mind.

This place is the cutest place ever. Everything is a little spaced out, the service there was super friendly, we where only 15-20 mins away from Bryce Canyon.

We made some adjustments at the last minute to our booking and they couldn't have been more kind or more accommodating. I really appreciate all they did for us!

Bryce Canyon RV Resort by RJourney is our 101st stop. Overall, I would rate it a 4.3. It checks off a couple of boxes quickly with scenery all around the park and access to parks (Bryce 20 minutes, Kodachrome 15 minutes and Grand Staircase Escalante just down the road). It is super quiet and heard birds, cows and the wind – unlike other parks with road noise, trains, etc. The park itself is good with upbeat staff, new gravel road and decent WiFi given where you are on the map. If you are not skillful with your rig, have one over 38 feet or hope to stay connected to it, you maybe challenge by some narrow roads and narrow/short sites on the upper section. Had no issue with my 38 ft. rig but was more aware of the proximity of things pulling in. And had to back out of the site when leaving although it was a pull through. Water (lower pressure) and sewer are good and contrary to one reviewer, the sewer pipes have caps but be sure to bring your adapter since it is a pvc pipe with no fittings. One suggestion is to send out a note to guests when cutting off the water. Had an issue with the water and maintenance arrived before my wife was back from the office. Had a nice playground and a small dark park. If you like dark skies, this is a great place to be. Connectivity: T-Mobile (no signal); Verizon 5G UW strangely 420.0 down/19.1 up but not always that high; WiFi 43.8 down/3.7 up; Verizon MiFi with booster antennae connected for streaming 130.0 down/25.8 up.

The campground was so well landscaped, our staff was awesome, and Heidi was a wonderful leader. We look forward to a continued working relationship with RJourney.

Bryce Canyon rv resort by RJOURNEY is a former KOA park. This is a very nice and quiet place to cool your heels in end Big 5 parks area, southern Utah. There is plenty of sights to see fairly close by. There is a small convenience store/ gas stn/hotel within a couple hundred yards. This is a full featured park, all gravel roads and sites, a small convenience store in the park, ice, firewood, limited rv supplies, rv dump, propane filled, cabins, some very scenic, remote and isolated tent sites, (no hookup/water and electric/full hookups) swimming pool, kids play area, fenced dog park. No cellular service, at least not my carrier, however good wifi that you can use an app to do text and calling over wifi....which is the best I've seen in a park! The management is a work camping couple/family that lives on site in their RV.... and really do an awesome job! Also, good laundry rooms in multiple places (2) $2.50/load and additional to dry. Has nice and clean (and free to campers) showers... as well as very clean and modern restrooms. Cost , is reasonable too... way less than KOA

This is a lovely RV park! The staff here were nothing short of fantastic. They always went above and beyond in terms of helping us. The location is nice. You're not that far from Bryce Canyon National Park. If you're staying for a while, there is a grocery store in Tropic about five minutes up the road. There are a few restaurants there too. The park itself is pleasant. The spots are all shaded. There is a cool trail behind the park. You will definitely have enough room to enjoy the fantastic views. All in all I would recommend it and return.

Lots going for this relatively small RV Park. Lets start with the weekend host family. We were checked-in by a very nice lady from AZ. Very helpful and a bit later we met her husband Howie. I was having a fuse issue with our TV and Howie came by to offer his assistance. Having worked for Chrysler for almost 30-years, I figured he had far more mechanical experience than I did. Sure enough he found the issue or rather bad fuse, so once we find a auto store with 20amp in stock, we'll be set. Our site butted up against the main road but honestly, the traffic was light and never bothered us. We had a great view of the mountains. Wifi was strong but only one bar for Verizon. Bathroom and showers were clean and neat. Small Park store but it had just about anything you would need quickly. I liked the Keurig coffee at the store, nice to get a fresh cup as we headed down the road. The reason for four stars is the Park is nice, nice location, but it's in need of some TLC. Grass was a bit high and the sites, while level, needed some maintenance. None of these are reasons we would not stay here again if traveling through the area.

We stayed here for 4 nights around Memorial Day and we loved it. The pull through spots were large and easy to get into. The paved patio with a firepit was perfect in the evenings. We loved the fenced in area for the dogs to play! It was great for them to be able to get some off-leash time. All the staff at the park were SO friendly and helpful. There's a ton of hiking nearby and Bryce Canyon is a reasonably short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

This used to be a KOA no longer is. I saw someone talk about length of rig being an issue. We are 41 feet plus bike rack on the back and we managed our site (3) with no problem. Looks to be quite a few that would work for this size. The views are beautiful and the park is clean and quiet. Slight road noise is mostly during the daylight hours and it's dull. Staff is friendly.

Great RV Park that offers all that you have come to expect when RVing. The breakfast is only 3 or 4 bucks per a person, and they take cash or card. Your order is made when you come up for breakfast and you will not have to wait. This location is so close to Bryce Canyon National Park that it is booked all summer season when school is out. Book your stay early and make sure to enjoy all that they have to offer.

Good visit while touring both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Location is pretty good for both - 2 hours from Zion and about 25 minutes from Bryce. You are 4 miles from some excellent BBQ if you want to eat out and of course the campground has all the amenities you expect from a modern rrsort. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is visible and friendly. Sites are pretty flat but one section does climb up a small hill. If you are into star gazing or astrophotography - you'll LOVE the location. From the top of the site the skies are DARK and clear. What I felt was an unoccupied tent site at the very top of the park was a wonderfully flat and open area for night time fun with the stars.

Friendly staff and check in was quick and easy. I had a camping spot (T21), for 2 nights, which was huge and the showers/restrooms were a 1 minute walk away, very practical. They were very clean and I hardly came across anyone in them. The Resort was about 80% full I would say. It was quiet and could hardly hear road noise. The only issue I had was the electrical outlet on the camping site was not working and I forgot to mention it to them before leaving. If I was going to hike again in Bryce or Grand Staircase I would definitely come back here !

Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase Escalante are all conveniently located nearby.

We would stay here again anytime. Awesome scenery – best of the Utah trip. There is a lower level and upper level and we prefer upper level. Very helpful staff – Andrew in particular was very friendly. If you are towing, you have to uncouple at the front of the resort: you can’t pull a tow into the spots. The pads are gravel and require leveling. There is a gas station a block away that is very handy as you continue onto to route 12 further into the parks. No cell service but WIFI was good. Only downside is that everything is gravel – there are no grassy areas for dogs.
