Pets are welcome at Rockport RV Resort! All RV sites and one cabin are pet friendly. There is a dog park on site for your convenience and enjoyment. Pets must be leashed at all times, including at campsites, and may not be left unattended. There is no standard pet fee; a 2-pet limit per site applies. Additional pets require manager approval and a $25 nonrefundable pet fee. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages or additional cleaning fees. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed at the pool. Service animals are welcome everywhere, at all times.

Overflow parking is available in the front parking lot.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or fewer)

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that, cancellations made before the deadline for your unit type are refunded less a $20 fee. Lodging (cabins, etc.) must be canceled at least 14 days before arrival, RV sites at least 7 days before arrival, and tent sites at least 2 days before arrival. Minus any none refundable fees. All deadlines are 10:00 PM park local time. Cancellations after the deadline, and no-shows, forfeit the full deposit.

Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more)

Monthly stays: You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival (10:00 PM park local time) are refunded less 50% of the first month’s Monthly Base Fee, minus any none refundable fees. This deadline is the same for every unit type. Cancellations after the deadline are subject to full forfeiture, except for any security deposit.

Seasonal stays: You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, the cancellation deadline is approximately 30 days before arrival. The exact date and time are set each season and listed in your agreement. Cancellations made before the deadline are refunded less 50% of the first Service Period’s rate and the $500 prepayment, minus any none refundable fees. Cancellations after the deadline are subject to full forfeiture, and you remain responsible for the rest of the season’s scheduled payments.

The Monthly Base Fee is the Seasonal Rate divided by the number of monthly periods in the season. For example, a $3,000 season with 6 monthly periods has a $500 base fee, so $250 would be forfeited.

Changes and Other Rules

Any change made before the deadline, including a partial cancellation, is subject to a $10 fee. Changes made after the deadline forfeit the deposit, and you may become responsible for the full contracted amount. Credit card convenience fees are never refundable.

All cancellations must be made by phone at 800-689-6603. Cancellations by text or email are not accepted.

If you need to cancel after the deadline because of a natural disaster or mandatory evacuation, your payment may be converted to a credit on file instead of being forfeited. You can use the credit to rebook with no penalty or booking fee. Credits expire 12 months after they are issued.
