We’re south of Panguitch High School and Garfield Memorial Hospital near Panguitch Park, Big Fish, and Offroad Outdoors. Dixie Forest RV Resort sits on South Main Street in Panguitch, UT, just off Highway 89, a base camp for Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Capitol Reef.
Dixie Forest runs full-hookup RV sites with 30 and 50-amp service in pull-through layouts, with ADA-accessible options, so big rigs and quick park-hopping stops both work. Each RV site allows one vehicle plus the RV. Cabins and lodging plus pet-friendly tent sites round out the stay types, with cabins CC1 and CC2 the only pet-friendly cabins. On-site you'll find a swimming pool, pavilion, playground, dump station, and firewood and propane sales. Overnight rates start at $15, monthly at $600.
You're on Highway 89 in Panguitch, ringed by red-rock parks. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 16.5 miles away, with Red Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument also within day-trip range and Zion and Capitol Reef National Parks farther out. Closer in, Panguitch Lake and Navajo Lake draw anglers, and Casto Canyon, Cascade Falls Trail, and the Dixie National Forest cover hiking and ATV trails. Kodachrome Basin and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Parks add more. Panguitch handles meals, groceries, and supply runs.

From southbound Highway 89, continue straight on Highway 89/Main Street through the four-way stop at Center Street in Panguitch. The park is 0.6 miles down on the left after the center turn lane ends. From northbound Highway 89 (coming from Bryce Canyon), turn left at the four-way stop at Center Street/Main Street in Panguitch, and the park will be 0.6 miles down on the left. From UT-143 (coming from Panguitch Lake), UT-143 becomes Main Street in Panguitch, and Dixie Forest RV Resort is the first RV park on the right as you enter town.
