COVID-19 Policy & Updates

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to vacation with RJourney Resorts! The COVID-19 outbreak is a constantly changing situation, and your safety is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the situation, please continue to check this page and with your park destination for more specific rules and regulations.

The CDC currently recommends face coverings that cover the nose and mouth for those who have received the COVID-19 vaccine and requires face coverings for those who are unvaccinated. Despite this recommendation, some parks may require face coverings in common areas based on local ordinances.

How We’re Keeping You Safe

All of our Resort Parks are currently open and committed to keeping you safe. To continue to operate safely, our parks’ staff has implemented routine sanitization measures for high-touch surfaces as well as provided masks and sanitizer for guests.

Some parks may even require masks while inside common spaces throughout the park and limit the number of activities available at their parks. Please check with your resort destination for more details and information.

While staying with us, we ask that all of our guests stay safe by washing their hands and utilizing masks where required throughout their stays. Most importantly, if you’re sick or have been in contact with someone within the past 14 days who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, stay home!
