How many people are included in my space rental?

There is no limit to the number of people included in your space rental.

How much does it cost to add additional people to my reservation?

There is no cost to add additional people to your reservation.

If I have visitors, do they need parking or day passes?

Visitors are not required to purchase a parking pass. Vehicles belonging to visitors must fit at the site or park in the overflow.

Can my visitors use the pool and other amenities?

Visitors are allowed to use the amenities as long as they’re accompanied by the renter they're visiting. All renters are responsible for making sure their visitors are advised of the park rules, and are responsible for any issues, complaints, or damage caused by their visitors.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Guests are allowed to travel with their golf carts but are not permitted to use them in the park.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

There is no fee for any animal in RV/tent sites. Service animals are allowed in cabins at no cost.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Dogs must be leashed at all times unless inside the dog park (with attendance). Fees may occur if pets are off leash.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guest must be at least 18 years old to reserve a cabin or an RV space .

Is an ID required at check-in?

An ID is not required at check in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

No, we do not allow work on cars or campers in the park.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No, you cannot wash your RV in the park.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

Car camping is allowed with restrictions.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, you can receive mail or packages that arrive before or during your stray. All packages must have the park address with the guest name included. If at the park, include your site number as well. Packages and mail must be picked up from the office.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, there is a laundry facility on site that operates 24/7. Machines are coin operated, however there is no change machine on site.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Yes, showers are open 24 hours a day.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

Two weeks maximum stay allowed in cabins, tents, and short-term sites .

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted on the grounds unless otherwise noted. Smoking is not allowed inside any of our buildings such as the bathrooms, rec room, laundry, etc.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Yes, all sites have picnic tables.

Is there a dump station onsite?

Yes, there is a dump station onsite and is free for registered guests. $10 dumping fee for general public.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Guests can fill their freshwater tank onsite for free. Walk-in customers can fill their freshwater tanks for a $10 charge.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Yes, guests are permitted to bring outside firewood.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, there is convenience store onsite.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

No, there is no onsite restaurant at this facility.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

The rec room is available (upon request in winter) during office hours.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi on site. Signal strength and quality may vary depending on location and device.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

Yes, we there are some cable tv channels available. We cannot guarantee consistent reception or uninterrupted service.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No, tents are not allowed in RV spaces.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

Each tent site can accommodate 3-4 separate tents.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Yes, there is an overflow parking area for additional vehicles.

Do you allow triple towing?

Our park is not equipped to handle triple towing for large vehicles. This will require guests to unhook and park in the overflow.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation please call (719) 623-1663 and one of our representatives will be able to assist you in cancelling your reservation.
